Man In Jail For Carrying Illegal Gun Possession And DUI

 Deputies allege that a man was driving under the influence of an unknown substance and carrying an illegal gun. The criminal committed two hit and run accidents near a Millbrae High School. He is also charged with causing the two deadly accidents while driving intoxicated under the influence of an unknown substance, and carrying a phantom weapon.
