A club spokesman stated: “October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month and our boys at Highland Rugby Club needed little convincing to join the @kindred.social #BlokesinBras campaign.

“Nearly 12,000 women and 80 men every year in the UK die from breast cancer but with improvements in screening, treatment and raised awareness, this is a fraction of what it was decades ago.

“With continued support breast cancer charities hope that by the year 2050 everyone who is diagnosed with breast cancer will live!

“It’s a bold aim and one that will need our help, please give what you can in support of a great cause.”
