The 25hours Hotel Company has revealed plans to expand its footprint in Denmark with the launch of a new Copenhagen hotel in 2024. The company’s second outpost in the country, the 25hours Hotel Paper Island will be located on the island of Christiansholm, also known as the Paper Island. Danish architecture practice COBE has been tapped to spearhead the architectural design of the property, which will aim to maximize its waterfront setting and proximity to cultural institutions in the city’s downtown, while interiors will be overseen by Swedish studio Stylt Trampoli.
The urban retreat will be home to 128 guestrooms and suites, while its FB lineup will comprise a restaurant and café on the ground floor, in addition to a rooftop bar. The forthcoming property will also feature two houseboats docked at the front of the hotel, while its waterborne venues will include a sauna and bar as well.
