Dipika Kakar took a long break from television after she got married to her Sasural Simar Ka co-star, Shoaib Ibrahim. The two got married in a very simple and wonderful ceremony in Lucknow. In fact, the actress even changed her name to Faiza after marriage and converted to Islam. Dipika has been enjoying life after marriage with her new family. The actress is quite active on Instagram and keeps posting pictures and videos quite often. The actress recently revealed in an interview with TOI that she loves being a housewife. Dipika will be coming back with Vivek Dahiya and Karishma Tanna’s Qayamat Ki Raat. The actress also spills beans about balancing work life and professional life.
Talking about what she was up to all this while, she said, “I was enjoying and living the housewife life to the fullest. I am a complete homemaker now. I also helped Shoaib in his work at that time. Overall I was having a gala time.” When asked how she strikes a balance between her personal and professional life, she said, “Balancing between personal and professional life is not at all difficult. If you handle things with full concentration then you will love your job, same in my case. I am enjoying both my duties completely.”

Dipika also confessed that doing this show is not very easy. She said, “This show is quite challenging as compared to doing normal daily soaps. To fit in this genre, there are two things that need to be taken into consideration. First, you have to adapt to the reality which is not real because as an actor I have to convince myself and second, physically it is tiring as well.” What are your thoughts on this?
